The Sleipner E50 is a travel system designed for 50-ton excavators. Although little is known in Canada for this size of excavator, the system offers significant advantages in terms of operational efficiency, reduced maintenance time and lower fuel consumption. 

« In our typical working environment of tailings facilities and open-pit mines, transporting our excavators by standard tractor-trailer is impossible on ramps or narrow roads. We had to find a fast, reliable solution to reduce the time and cost of moving our excavators on tractors. We thought of the Sleipner, already used for large excavators, and incorporated the model into medium-sized excavators. »
